Honest Review
Stayed 5th - 8th July 26 (Mom and daugther short break).
Location is fab - 50 metres to the Marina where there are shops and cafes etc, 200 metres to the beach which is a nice area.
This hotel is in the middle of a residential area with a number of cafes and shops/supermarket around it. Restaurants on the marina are pricey but the views are amazing. You can hire boats/jet skis from this area.
The room (104) in the hotel was fine - clean and suitable for our short stay. 104 is situated on the 1st floor overlooking the street - this didn't bother me or my daugther. Beds were quite high up from the floor (twin beds) and the mattress wasn't the best - could probably do with replacing. Low bath with shower head over it suited our needs. The room was cleaned everyday by a very hardworking cleaner. Only negative for this room is that the toilet is very close to the sink area - quite cramped.
There is a cafe opposite which is predominantly Spanish - lots of cheering and whistles/horns when Spain won Portugal. Yes it was noisy for a while but didn't bother us as everyone needs to celebrate a win!
Stayed half board and couldn't fault the food choices - sunday dinner available most days. The restaurant urant is very organised with seperate areas for drinks, hot food, cold food etc.
The hotel was spotless, marble flooring everywhere and you could see your face in the floors they were so clean but not slippy. The staff work hard to keep the hotel running smoothly.
Not much entertainment for the evenings but 1 night a good female singer was on. No activities viewed during the day time.
Pool area is clean and compact with around 30 sunbeds and the pool isn't that big but its ok to cool off. The young lifeguard is a credit to the hotel as he would go around and help people move the parasols around when shade was needed. He was also very attentive and asked people if they were ok. There is a hoist situated at the side of the pool to help people with disabilities access the pool.
There was a TV room just off the entertainment area and this was well used by people wanting to keep up with the World Cup
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel

Very central hotel and close to the beach. Staff lovely and very efficient. Breakfast was really good catering for all tastes. Overall a great place to stay.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Lovely hotel. Minutes from marina/bars/beach. Staff were amazingly friendly. Rooms were spotless. At some point they will need to update some decor but it has a charm as is and you can appreciate it was done very well last time. Probably more mature guests would appreciate. We didn’t use the pool area so can’t comment on that. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous La Cala Santa Eulalia
We've just come back from a stay at La Cala hotel in Santa Eulalia. We've been quite a few times over the last 30 years and we had a fabulous stay this year. There's a lovely relaxed vibe, our room was great, overlooking the pool and nothing was too much trouble. We'd booked B&B but had a couple of meals in the hotel which we really enjoyed (next year we're booking half board). We also had a few lunchtime snacks which were delicious. Breakfast was varied and good. The bar area is lovely, especially for a hierbas before dinner. The reception staff are amazing, very helpful and kind. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday. Thank you all at La Cala. See you next time.

Lovely hotel
A very lovely hotel. Both my partner and I have had a wonderful time. Very comfortable, clean beds.
All of the breakfast, Bar, room service, and majority of the front of house staff have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The location of the hotel is ideal.
I hope to return one day.
