Very good 4 star hotel
My conclusion about the previous reviews
We have stayed here in Santa Susanna 1 x Marítim, 3 x Onabrava and 1 x Tahiti playa over the years
I understand that there are people who complain, please think in what period you are staying, we are here in this hotel now 10 days June
- check in super friendly
- Room mss not new but sea view, (upgrade) large bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious room with large and good double bed
- Pool top, also with heated jacuzzi and lots of beds and umbrellas, 1 minute walk along pool to beach, no marginal towel-layers.
- Breakfast everything you need and tasty
- Dinner, enough mss a little less choice but everything tasty and every night a themed stand.. dining room very good acoustic, quiet.
- Free parking
- Quiet hotel
- No excessive animation
If the nitpickers have something to say pay a 500 euros more or a 4 star S

Receptionist staff not hospitable, especially since a miscommunication on how many nights my son stayed in our room 2 versus 3 nights led to the manager coming out and saying he would call the police if we don’t pay for 3 nights. Manager went as far as to say they were in our room and seen 3 toothbrushes! Really counting toothbrushes. We stayed at this hotel for a sporting event and arrived with our son for soccer event who eventually went with his academy! Never showed proof of 3 nights staying in our room. Rooms, facilities, and overall hotel does not come close to 4 stars! Felt completely duped and disrespected! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

A hotel I will never come to and advise no one!!!
This hotel we were looking at 2 years ago, it didn't work out, Relaxed in a nearby village, came to the hotel, the first line interested us and this year came and realized that it was the only plus.
On the third day of our stay we were tried to be robbed, we gave up the safe, which costs well very inadequately expensive!! Therefore, the attempted robbery was most likely a conspiracy by hotel staff. Because when we addressed the problem, no one wanted to react and deal with it at all. Most likely looking for cash, no tablet or phone. Breaking the lock on the suitcase, turning things over.
The room is small, the cabinet doesn't hold anything at all, Towels with holes like rags for the floor. Cleaned every day, but poorly. Spa on offered, no children's playground, no entertainment for children, 90% of vacationing elderly people, people with disabilities from nursing homes. There's no kettle or table in the room. Food is very scarce. For four stars in Europe this hotel does not deserve!! That's a weak C. Not recommended!!!!

Never Again
Small room for 4 people. Nonexistent closet. Dirty, cleaning that leaves sand in the shower. Small double bed, we adults slept in the single ones. Exterior, restaurant, and reception are modern, the rooms absolutely are not! Service and friendliness are poor. 4 stars, who knows how. Half board but water is not included, at breakfast instead it is from the dispensers that they could leave at meals. In short, we will not return. We also spoke with them about the problems and wrote an email, but they didn't care.
In the bathroom, you don't have shampoo and conditioner, and we had to argue to get 4 shower towels (and there are 4 of us). Never again

Winter fleece, noisy & mouldy fiesta
Winter fleece blankets fiesta with squeaky bed stands and mold. They spray painted the room twice to cover the mold. A 4 star summer hotel that refuses to replace the winter fleece blankets and fix the bed stands that squeak louder than the train passing by. Have fun or... bring your own bedding, beds and spray cans. Insomnia.
