central and comfortable hotel

we spent a night at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The only improvement would be to add a shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries, that the air conditioning was very weak, and it would be appreciated if there were some outlets on the nightstands, since the only one available was under the table and you had to bend down to charge the phones.

??? 4 stars???

It is by no means a 4-star hotel; it does not even reach 3 stars. I did not check the reviews beforehand because it was the only hotel in Segovia where we could use a Wonderbox that had been given to us; additionally, we booked another night apart. The staff was friendly, the cleanliness was good, but the maintenance was terrible; the bathroom ceiling was full of dampness, the nightstands were broken, the quality of the breakfast was average, and the access was also average, narrow and with 7 or 8 stairs. It is incredible that in 2026 they do not have an access adapted for people with reduced mobility or a baby stroller. When we arrived, it was extremely hot in the room because it received all the afternoon sun. I tried to cool down the room, but it was impossible because the air conditioning only made it warmer; I was not clear if it was not cold or not working. We had to leave the window open for part of the night, but in April, the nights are cool, and in the middle of the night, we woke up feeling cold. Come on, Segovia is wonderful, but regarding the accommodation, we will not return.

Terrible facilities; desperately in need of renovations. Bathroom floor was in cement painted in a gray color; no tiles. The shower drain was not fixed to the floor. The air conditioner was in a vwry poor condition and dirty. Very poor breakfast options. Elevator needs attention. Advertised as a 4 star hotel for Europe standard,, but at best, it would be a 2 star hotel for Europe standard. Not recommended

Breakfast was ok but limited choice, parking was great as underground in hotel and therefore safe!

Just ok

Check-in was slow but the one front desk person was friendly. The hotel has a lift, but it strangely seemed to always favor the basement regardless of the upper floor number pushed.
The bed was comfortable enough but only had a power outlet on one side--not good in this modern age when two people want to charge devices at bedside; a simple power hub would resolve this issue and be kind for guests. The walls were so thin we could hear other guests as though they were in our room. The room had a mini fridge.
The shower (only) was large and the water pressure was good but the water oscillated between hot & cold, and randomly turned off & on during showers--terrible!
The WiFi worked well and was password protected (yay!). With so many other hotels in the beautiful city of Segovia, I would definitely look elsewhere the next time I'm in the city.
