Top-notch hotel
Excellent hotel in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Very friendly staff both at the hotel reception and in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner. I particularly recommend it.

Great amenities, staff and views!
The Montanya Hotel proved to be the perfect hotel for a short stay for my young family and I, whilst we attended a wedding in the Catalan mountains.
Whilst dated, the hotel is clean, tidy and has ample amenities to cater for most people. It is also set in a peaceful and somewhat idyllic location.
Our ‘Suite familiar’ room was very spacious, with mountain view’s from the large balcony and a spa bath.
A few hours after checking-in we had a knock on the door and were greeted with a complimentary bottle of cava and water, which was a very nice touch!
We used both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools which our toddler and infant both enjoyed - whilst we didn’t try them, the spa facilities looked great.
The food on offer was all to a good standard. We ate at the buffet for breakfast each morning and also tried food from the bar and buffet in the evening, each time we were not disappointed.
The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, with the majority thankfully speaking sufficient English for us to get by - this hotel is not in a typical holiday/tourist location. A special mention to the young gentleman in the bar/restaurant who made the extra effort to make sure we were well looked after.
The hotel was perfect for what we needed and I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to visit this particular area.

It s not a 4 stars hôtel
No good food no good service. The only hotel near the golf go it for a day and leave. Nothing to do with a 4 stars hôtel. Breakfast as a 2 stars hôtel no good food. And during the evening a lot of noise and not clean. We lefet asap.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly. The location is beautiful, I just wish we had the chance to explore the surrounding area more.
The only negatives we experienced were that the rooms were too warm and the AC doesn’t really work; opening the windows is fine but since there is no net it’s easy for bugs to get into the room. The second in the outdated key system where the key stops working if it gets close to a phone. We had to visit the reception multiple times during our 4 day stay.
