I do not recommend MP meals

We were in MP. Excellent building, standard breakfast for a hotel of this category but dinner was repetitive unappetizing e.g. Veal croca dish that in theory would have to be tender and juicy was dry and hard, kitchen suspends in category at that price 25€ daily and 30€ weekend, excessive price. Friendly and polite staff except the treatment we had in the dining room by Mrs. Damaris who treated us indifference arguing until facts we saw that she accessed other people but that for some reason we fell ill. I do not recommend MP dinners lacks the category that the hotel has.

She has plenty of stars and lacks professionals

EL Pazo very handsome the deteriorated facilities and it is no wonder workers without any professionalism and little desire to do their job bad experience as they do not improve will be out of work .

Good. Excessive price for what's left

Stayed from 30 August to 6 September. It's come down a lot again that we've been. I think there's a shortage of staff, and the hospitality thing, minus two days when there was a white-haired... fatal guy. Dirty tables, not enough ashtrays outside. People throwing butts, glass canisters at the bar, where they put dirty cones, gummies, etc. Dirty glasses... the jets of the pool of three, only one works. Otherwise the room very clean. Shower is bathtub, small screen. The breakfast was very low, some serious, dry guys. Every little something's missing. The nicest person, a blonde girl who is a charmer and another older brunette waiter, very nice. The rest...put on the batteries. For a four-star, no natural orange juice... it's all bought.
Celiacs very sweet, no gluten-free sandwich bread, I ordered it, just in case and it doesn't have.
The beautiful surroundings, with its closed chapel, do. Lest it be spent...
A real shame.
Short of soap.

Calm and comfort

Very nice hotel with undeniable historical charm. Very comfortable room, impeccable bedding. The staff is very friendly and the Welcoming perfect. Breakfast very complete. Very good bar which also offers a small restaurant. Recommended even in winter.
