Pleasant

We went for a long weekend. The room was very nice and spacious. The restaurant was very good and not too expensive. We even had dinner at the bar, which has a different menu, and it was very good.
The spa was good; we could only go one day because it closes early.
When we booked, we thought it was closer to the town, but it is in a quiet setting away from noise, which was very good for us.

The Spa Area is not fully functional

The Spa has services closed for maintenance, ice, a shower and the Roman sauna, or they do not work as they should, the Filanish sauna leaks and almost does not heat the atmosphere. The normal way is to notify when you call by phone and report these shortcomings, since the price per session (36 euros per person) is high and does not change despite not having all the elements of the circuit.

Disappointing experience for overbooking

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that there was overbooking and that our reservation could not be met as we expected. This caused us many inconveniences as we had planned our stay in advance. Although the receptionist offered us another alternative for accommodation in El Parador but without a spa, the situation was frustrating. and negatively affected our experience.
We expected better handling of reservations and more prior communication to avoid these problems.
Please check directly with the hotel prior to your arrival to ensure your reservation is confirmed, and be prepared in case of overbooking.

Simply perfect stay

We finished a stay of 4 nights (room 217) in full board 3 adults, very sorry for how well we have been and how much we have enjoyed. Comfortable and spacious room, well air-conditioned with shampoo and gel dispensers. The impeccable cleanliness...many hotels should take rating of the efficiency and how to leave the rooms after being cleaned as it has been one of the best hotels regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. The food of the restaurant very rich, we come back with some kilo more and the desserts delicious all. Nice and quite complete breakfast. The natural orange juice made at the moment. The Spa great... the warm water and everything very nice. We had no crowd saturation and even one day we were the hour and a half absolutely alone, anyway it is large and takes very well controlled the capacity. The best thing about this hotel is without a doubt the staff who manage it, reception, dining room (thanks ppr todo Marga), cleaning, spa... you have made us feel comfortable and family. We will repeat safely and do the 1000 kilometers that separate us gladly for how well we have been. Until next time

Fine. Just fine.

Not many buttons worked in the spa. The door to the room wouldn't close. They fixed it and it kept opening on the outside. Dinner and breakfast very good. Attention from the hotel staff well. In the environment there is nothing to do. It's for 1 night and now.

Agradecemos que haya compartido su experiencia con nosotros. Lamentamos sinceramente las incidencias que menciona respecto al spa y la puerta de la habitación. En cuanto a los pulsadores del spa, recuerde pedir ayuda a nuestro personal, pues están a su entera disposición, y con respecto a las puertas, se acaban de cambiar todas las cerraduras por unas más modernas, por lo tanto está incidencia ya ha sido solventada.
Por otro lado, nos alegra saber que disfrutó de la cena, el desayuno y la atención de nuestro equipo.
Tomamos nota de sus comentarios sobre la oferta en el entorno y agradecemos su sugerencia. Nos encantaría tener la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente para ofrecerle una estancia aún más satisfactoria.
