Check in was easy and a room was ready for check-in time at 12:30pm which is a great early time to check in. The room generally was good, few negative points include no air conditioning at all which means the room stays hot throughout the night until the early hours when it cools down. The room had tiled flooring and a few tiles were completely loose where these could have been picked up. A fridge would have been appreciated to keep drinks cool. Apart from this, the room was well decorated with character, lovely small balcony, powerful shower, bathroom had water saving taps which is a great move for environmental reasons and the staff were very friendly providing suggested sights and places to eat for our short stay in Tarragona.

Very comfortable.

We arrived by train at the Camp Tarragona station, about 30 minutes from the bus terminal, and from there it is a 12-minute walk to the hotel. It is just a few meters from one of the Roman ruins of the city, the Forum, and a few minutes from the Wall, the circus, and the Praetorium. Arantxa, the receptionist, welcomed us wonderfully and helped us with a lot of information. Very good room and bathroom. The shower was delightful. The hotel has a well-equipped dining area for guests to prepare their meals. We only used it for breakfast and tea time; it is very comfortable. A few blocks from the Tarragona train station, which allowed us to go to Santa Maria de Poblet without any problems. It is very close to both the new and old Ramblas. In summary, it is VERY GOOD.

This was a cost effective place for me to stay as I am traveling solo. The staff were very helpful and kind. Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend it to a friend. Xavier was a legend.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful with giving directions and interesting information about the area (thank you Hector!). The hotel is not fancy, but as it is an older building it has charming characteristics and it also felt safe. I greatly appreciated being able to use the common meal area for light meal prep and having somewhere to sit and eat breakfast in the morning. The hotel is an easy short walk from the inter-city bus station and is also a short walk to Playa de Miracle and the Rambla Nova/heart of the city.
