The place to be
Nice house and nice feeling we you are inside this delicious and charming house. The propriety had a fully equipment, and the proprietary - couple- are interesting, and they love arts, poetry of the nature, and people. So thank you...merci.

Nice but not clean and outdated
The vila is nicely decorated, but it really needs renovation. The tiles are broken in the bathroom, the carpet is dirty, the bedding is yellow and has stains in it. In addition, the key was slightly broken and we contacted the host. However, only after a reminder, 24 hours later, was it responded to and the key was not replaced until the next day. In addition, is the host accused of things that are pertinently untrue, such as manipulating a pipe (no idea what they mean by that)? I'd really spend my money on a better-kept place anyway.

Nice with some drawbacks...
Communication with the landlords was always quick and smooth during the planning and during our stay. Small concerns were always responded to promptly.
The location of the mini resort (3 units share the outdoor area) is at the end of a cul-de-sac that is only used by residents, so there is no traffic noise. In March 24, a house was built or rebuilt 2 properties away. Unfortunately, the noise from the construction site was audible again and again during our stay. Since the property is in the departure path of the airport, the planes taking off were audible, but in March the first planes didn't leave before 8 a.m. and ended in the evening, so these noises didn't bother us.
Due to the somewhat exposed location, (stronger) wind is always to be expected here, which you can especially hear in the master bedroom (1st floor).
We had booked the entire villa as a couple and found it a shame that the third bedroom was closed off. All in all, the furnishings are exactly like the pictures, but a bit outdated. But certainly an El Dorado for video lovers. The WiFi connection is definitely not enough for home office and is not available everywhere in the house.
The house and the outside area are in super clean, impeccable condition.
The pool area is very nicely laid out, but when all 3 houses are occupied it is too small for us to feel private. However, it is ideal if you rent all 3 accommodations as a group.
We also regretted that, with the exception of tea and a few spices, the leftovers from the previous tenants were always removed. We would also have been very happy to receive a bottle of water as a welcome gesture after arrival.
There is a folder in the house that very restrictively describes the desired behavior of the guests. We would like to suggest a revision here in order to soften the very strict tone somewhat and to add opening times and seasonal closures to the restaurant recommendation.

They canceled our reservation
THEY ARE SHAMELESS.
We made the reservation, they charged us, we took the flights to Lanzarote and a few hours later they told us that they had had a problem and that the house was not available. Without offering alternatives (attached photo of the email).

Beautiful spot on Lanzarote
We stayed in apartment Luna and absolutely loved it. It is spacious and cosy and has a nice outside terrace. The garden and outside swimming pool are just perfect. We visited a lot of great places on Lanzarote – Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio and Timanfaya national park (try to book a walking tour in advance or beat the crowds and be there early… very early) to name a few – but every time we came back to Casa Teiga we thought is was the most beautiful spot on the island.
You will need a (rental) car to get around, but due to the central location of Tahiche it is easy to explore the island from here.
