Excellent!

Everything is nice in this place!
Some minimal defects to review on the operation of the doors but nothing serious.
The staff is great!
The price is correct!
I strongly advise!
We really enjoyed this stay, we felt like home!
We would have stayed there longer.

Explicit warning against booking here!

1. We had clearly booked a 50sqm room with separate beds, this was also communicated especially by mail. Instead there was a small, dark hole (max 28sqm) with no normal windows or lighting and a small rickety double bed
2. Barely any air + bad smells + only 2 small basement windows under the roof, without any view.
3. Dirty, dusty and NO lighting, so you can't see all the dirt anymore!
4. When we complained about the bed, the employee arrived with a broken, rickety camp bed on which my 70-year-old girlfriend should have slept! We asked the owner quite frankly if he wasn't ashamed.
5. Personnel was the purest disaster: the employee was a passive, sleepy, Spanish-speaking bystander who could not decide / did not want to do anything. The boss arrived drunk and with a terrible booze flag at some point, bitchy and unkind.
6. Breakfast can be completely forgotten, only packaged things: we have completely dispensed with that.
7. Loud and uncomfortable, you get every fellow guest.
8. No pool! The whole thing is more like a foot pool but no sign of pool.
9. You hear the planes all the time, which is also great fun.
10. Pissoir in the bathroom?! I've never seen it before and I was pretty disgusting.
Our attempts to circumvent the bust and cancel the accommodation for non-performance were defiantly rejected by said drunken boss. Booking.com is not intervening at all, so will never book through it again.

Theft

On the 29th I requested a change of dates, to which the establishment did not deign to answer, they do not manage the change, they put me that I have not shown up and they keep the money, this is called STEAL, beware of these people. It is curious that they have several negative reviews about reservations before arriving.

Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room.
It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away.

Clean room, good friendly staff a 10 to 25 minute walk from food/shops.
