Regular visitor.

Had a lovely stay,location perfect for us as a couple.
Edith & staff very nice & very helpful,nothing was too much trouble for them.

Not good at all.

We have been visiting Lanzarote now for over 17 years and this is , without doubt, the worst place we have ever stayed. At €86 a night it is not cheep.
The add for the bungalow we stayed in , bungalow exterior , shows a view to the pool . Their is NOT a view to the pool .Your view is facing north and overlooks a car park full of camper vans and a recycling area . It is very basic ,even though the add states that you are getting a fully equipped kitchen , You are not. On arrival at 8 pm there was no kettle so we could not even make a tea or coffee. We did get one later in the evening as requested. Also no oven, no frying pans , no wine glasses, no cork screw,
This bungalow is actually outside the main complex so you have no security as it is adjacent to a main road. Also the access is definitely NOT suited to anyone who has even the slightest difficulty on their legs. It is the most basic you could get and everything about it seemed cheep. They also state that you have english channels on the TV. This is an extra cost.
On a plus the guest service was good as we got everything we requested. With the exception of the request to be moved as they said nothing was available

Small complex in central location

Basic bungalows around a small pool. Nice, friendly staff. Ideal location as only 10 minutes from the airport and close to the beach/amenities. Not too busy and not too far away from the more busier Puerto del Carmen hence we like it and come here frequently.
It just needs a bit of updating/maintenance/TLC as all is looking a bit tired now.

Out of 10 Double V Bungalows

From 10 an insurmountable silence and tranquility.....the pool was cinema....Vidal and Eva the maintenance of 10 just like Manager Edith who was lovely....we will repeat without hesitation

A little bit of TLC needed

Fantastic location but these places really need some investment, just new beds/mattresses, bedding, curtains, updated bathrooms just small things that make a lot of difference. Still a fab place to stay but when speaking to other guests they seem to have the same opinion
