Toledo captivates.

This is the fourth time we have visited Toledo, and we always stay at this hotel since it has been our reference hotel since the first time we were here in 2021! Service is a 10, the best team! Rooms are super comfortable, and the breakfast is unbeatable! Location in the heart of Toledo, next to the Cathedral! And to top it all off, their terrace has dreamlike views! Every year we return and repeat our stay because we feel like family.

I traveled to Toledo solo from Madrid and stayed for two nights in July. The city was hot, but having a room with a/c was a treat (and it worked really well, too). I was able to check-in in online before arriving, so when I arrived, I got my room very quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a good deal for the price. stayed on the first floor with my window facing the small, narrow street, and I didn't hear any street noise. I walked everywhere from this location and was able to visit a number of sites, and also find time to return for an afternoon siesta and then find restaurant for dinner, before heading out for rooftop drink in the evening. In summer, having a helado (ice cream) around 10 or 11pm in a plaza to people-watch and feel the evening breeze was also a treat. I would stay here again for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly visit.

GREATLY LOCATED HOTEL

Hotel very well located, very close to the cathedral and all the sites to visit. Parking nearby, which is essential when staying in the city. Very welcoming staff, providing information without any issues. Breakfast needs improvement, not much variety, however, the breakfast staff is very pleasant. Room really small, very difficult to open a suitcase without bumping into things when getting up, and the bathroom is tiny, with a very small shower. Make sure to ask when you book which room you have.

Notre carte propose divers jus de fruits, du lait, du café, des thés et du chocolat chaud ; des toasts (avec beurre, jambon, fromage ou bacon) ; des fruits (pastèque, melon, banane, pêche plate) ; des viennoiseries (napolitaine au chocolat, croissant, ensaimada, etc.) ; ainsi que des œufs et des yaourts.
Quant aux caractéristiques des chambres, veuillez noter que l'hôtel est installé dans un bâtiment historique, ce qui implique que toutes les chambres ne sont pas identiques.

Inside an old building but modern bathroom and good air conditioning. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice. You can walk everywhere, it's inside the old city walls. Go for the rooftop terrasse. IT IS BREATHTAKING. You can see the cathedral from there. If it will be only for this and it's worth staying here.

A simple but atmospheric hotel in great location

We stayed two nights at the Santa Isabel Hotel. The location is excellent in the old town, just a few minutes’ walk from the cathedral, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Indeed, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is a wonderful and atmospheric refurbishment (rebuild, really) of a fine old town house. We had a standard double. It was compact and furnished simply. Modern bathroom, comfortable bed, impeccably clean, good storage, effective A/C. Note – no tea/coffee making tray.
Staff were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.
Breakfast was poor, presumably a reflection of the fairly low room rates. It was a cold continental style breakfast served at your table. Very limited choice, although the glass of orange juice was freshly squeezed.

Regarding your comment about tea, we have portable kettles available at reception for guests to use in their rooms. As for coffee, we have a machine at reception that is available 24 hours a day, allowing our guests to enjoy a coffee whenever and wherever they wish.

Regarding breakfast, we serve a continental breakfast featuring various types of toast, fresh juice, a selection of pastries, a variety of fruit, microwaved eggs and yoghurt with cereal. This allows for some variety in the breakfast options. We are sorry if you found it lacking.
