Unpresentable
Total disaster, Reservation 10 days in advance, what was my surprise calls me to be already on the way we had 1 hour to arrive, and tells us q has a problem and q we are placed in another hotel q is next door and sends us location, what was my surprise q arrived and is 20 minutes from the place, lost by the hand of God, I call her and she does not respond, the owner of the other hotel calls and responds to the first and tells her q call Booking q is their problem, I call Booking and they tell me q is problem of the accommodation a pipe who lies?solution q they return the money of the reservation and give me no option of anything else q if I wanted to give me links to search , but of course double for the room, a disaster we go home again, both guilt is the owner and Booking money and time wasted
not to enjoy unpresentable.

Beautiful on the outside, disaster on the inside
Good and innovative breakfast. Instead of freshly squeezed orange juice, like in other places, not so advertised. They give you “Tang” flavored lemonade. It's the only thing they use the wonderful dining room for. They don't give lunches or dinners.
When you arrive at reception there is no one. You call a phone number that is posted on a sign and they tell you to take the key you get and get settled, they will come. (This is what they understand as 24-hour reception)
The surprise after everything is so beautiful, so much of an advertisement and when you expect the room to match what you see. When you open the door, you find a roadside boarding house room from the 70s. DEPRESSING. Lower case. The small closet doesn't close, you don't even have anywhere to leave your suitcases. And the bathroom...There the bathroom. A real ruin. Because it doesn't even have a towel rack near the sink. Just one on top of the filthy bathtub with more than 50 years of use and a mini trash can that doesn't even have a bag. For toilet paper, one of those containers (empty) that are usually found in neighborhood bars. In that bathroom the only thing missing was the condom machine to make it even more shabby.
We knew the Trisileja of Cos and we were very comfortable, everything was perfect. We thought from the photos that it would have the same quality, but not even close.
If you want a nice place to take photos in the common areas, to make your friends envious. This is your place. If you want to sleep in a spacious, comfortable and functional room and take a proper shower when you wake up. Run away from here.
I attach photos of the bathroom disaster and the “elegant” and “carefully decorated” room as they say.
We will not return, nor do we recommend it. It's pure deception. Pure marketing.
It's not worth what it costs. We came from touring the coast and in all the places we slept, even though they were cheaper, we were much better.
