To flee absolutely
In the summer we die of heat, in the winter we freeze. While the restaurant was supposed to be open, not even breakfast. Internet does not exist, to have hot water you have to go to the reception (still if you find someone), traces of humidity in bedroom and bathroom (if you can call it that) leak "historic" taps, shutter broken, windows not secure (especially on the 3rd floor).... In short, it is the hotel of horror.

An icy review
However, no heating in the rooms (3rd at the moment) which were extremely cold, on the other hand heatings that rotate in the corridors at 31 ° all day long .. why? ecologically and especially for the customer it is not correct ..
Our things were wet and sleeping in such a cold was horrible, the bathroom was freezing with a shower where you can barely fit in from the waist down. Finally, a tiny window that does not even allow to ventilate and get rid of moisture.. We'd rather leave a night before than stay...
Too bad because a lot of potential but heating in winter is really mandatory or at least insulation that would avoid installing one.
It is not my habit to comment like this but this stay in Tossa was not pleasant, largely because of the room...

Mala sorpresa ...Unpleasant surprise
I had to pay another hotel to sleep somewhere because it was 9:00.
Big scam, the next day I met a policeman in the street and asked him what to do. We went there, the guy from the bistro who's glued to the hotel, put the boss on the phone, he offered me a night's compensation. I agreed and finally I was invited for an evening away from Tossa. I then asked the guy at the bistro if I could be compensated for a meal since I wouldn't mind staying one more night. He told me to come in at 1:00 to talk to the boss, and at 1:00 the boss wasn't there, he told me to come back at 2:30.... I understood he was going to walk me, and the guy at the bistro talked to me just like a dog! Like it's coming out of his pocket...
So I would have paid two nights to spend one and shower very old, very ugly, of course for this price... And balustrade ds the room on the third floor about to break.
Here you go, here you go.
I have been to Tossa several times and there are very nice little hotels, finally it is better to spend twenty euros more!

Rude
I was shooshed away with big gestures annd loud voices and told to go to the beach toilet (it would take my child about 10minutes).
The lady behind the bar was awfully rude. She treated us with great disrespect and there was no need for it! Thank goodness the Gelatossa were happy to help us! And obviously we straight away sat down for a drink and a snack!
