Albergue Villa San Clemente

While walking the Camino we booked the for one night. When we arrived earlier than check in we were greeted by the owners and they brought us to tables in the courtyard at the rear of the building. The courtyard had many statues and other interesting items to see. Our rooms were readied quickly even though we were a couple of hours early. The room we had was on the second floor and had a big shared balcony, it also had a shared bathroom with one other room. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was very clean. The owners were so helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to see. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and wished we could have stayed more than one night.

Avoidable hostel

We started the way from Santiago in this hostel and if I came back I would avoid the bunk room.
The single room was quite nice and complete but the bunk room (there were 6) would not return. They gave us a low sheet and a disposable pillowcase and a duvet to cover us without knowing when was the last time it was washed.

Why do you do business with other people's money???

When are you going to pay what you owe??? We try to communicate in all possible ways and you don't answer any of them.
Can you pay us for our services???
It is not very serious to offer "quality" services without paying those who provide you with some of the services you provide.

Lovely Albergue

Stayed here to start our Camino Portuguese. We had taken a bus from Porto and rather than drive into the centre of Tui the driver put us off the bus luggage etc at the entrance to Tui. We called the Albergue and they immediately arranged for a taxi to come and get us. We had booked 2 private rooms which were very comfortable,clean and spacious. Manager was very nice and helpful. Its a very old building with very interesting history, statues in the garden and also had a swimming pool as well. Definitely a good place to stop on the Camino.

Alberque with bad quality.

It was our first stay on the Camino Portugues. The room we get was not to bad but the window could not be closed completely so wind went in.The furniture was more than oldschool and very old. The garden is quite nice, unfortunately we could enjoy it due to constant rain.
