Room was clean and comfortable. Helpful and polite staff. Overall a very good stay. Would stay again and recommend this hotel. No breakfast available on site but the Plaza Mayor is right behind the hotel.

Lovely little hostal, nice friendly staff. Room small but clean with supurb air conditioning. Centrally located in the town. Everything nearby.

Just perfect - I saw previous guest comments about noise - we stayed 4 nights which included Friday n Saturday - a tad noisy but when you understand Valladolid - it should be expected - very lively city.
Reception was awesome, very helpful and business like but also friendly.
Room was just perfect with all the little extras that were not expected
Room was cleaned daily.
Location was amazing - couldn’t rate it enough

No empathy or vision: get paid today even if you don’t stay, lose customers tomorrow.

I would not recommend this hostel. I didn't get to stay.
I booked a non-refundable fare and had to cancel for an incident with one day to go. They allowed the cancellation, but did not make any refunds or offer any alternative, even though they remained available and the room could be re-rented.
They kept the money and the attention was cold and without empathy. Legal, perhaps; human, certainly not.

All right.

I stayed at this hostel in November 2024. It was very well located, very close to Plaza Mayor. Very quiet and nice area. The hostel is small, but it is cute. The room somewhat old, not bad, but for 2 nights and for the price we paid it was super good. Very good deal. The views were fine.
