Tranquility and familiarity.
Fantastic, the staff from Isabel in reception to Laura, Antonia, Fani and Arancha in dining room., made our stay a memory not to forget. We will return, thank you very much!!

Not recommended.
I just arrived at the hotel, and I have already had to ask four times to change my room access card because it does not open. Moreover, they insinuate that I caused the problem by leaving the card next to my mobile phone.
I will never return to this hotel.

It has served to disconnect
I was not prepared to operate at full capacity at this time of year. Air conditioning disconnected because it is May. Breakfasts and dinners are very simple buffets with little variety. The bar is open from 9 AM to 11 PM, but the menu is not very extensive; they only had olives and patatas bravas available. The pool is very neglected; in the mornings, you find the loungers and umbrellas exactly as they were left the day before, just a simple watering of the edges and little more. In May, there is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel; in summer, it can be difficult to park due to the proximity to the beach. The best part was undoubtedly the hotel staff, from reception to the restaurant staff, including the cleaning staff, all were excellent.

Not to come back.
LOUSY. In the middle of the heat wave, in August, the temperature in the room could not be lowered to 25o. They'd put it down or it was broken. We requested a solution and the reception girl told us that “she had gone up to the room and was fine” that it was hotter in the hallway...!! Q Surely the thermostat would be broken.... But it wasn’t bad.” Tremendous! We requested a claim sheet that resisted giving us and once the claim was made, it was when they decided to unlock the temperature limit. Poor Service and poor care. Buffet scarce. The mini bar wasn't working either. NOT TO COME BACK.

In big words I was disappointed. The buffet runs out of food unless you go first thing.. food is counted. GREAT DEPECION. animation in minimum. we went with 2 children of 10 years and 5 years and the saddest hotels to go with children. We're not coming back.
