Holidays!
We stayed in Tower 4. It has a nice pool and the location is good. Nearby beach and supermarket opposite. Lots of free parking in the area, despite it being summer time. The apartments need updating a bit but you have everything you need.

Left stranded on arrival and property not as advertised
I would not stay here again.
We arrived in Benidorm on 7 March and were dropped off outside the apartments with no instructions on how to gain access or collect the keys. After spending around 3 hours trying to get into accommodation we had already paid for, repeatedly trying to contact the relevant numbers and being directed to a closed location, we were forced to pay for emergency accommodation elsewhere for the night.
The following day we eventually collected the keys and discovered the property looked very different from the photos advertised. There was extensive scaffolding, ongoing construction work, building materials throughout the site and the advertised pool was unavailable.
We were travelling with a disabled child who uses a wheelchair, which made the lack of assistance and accessibility information particularly difficult.
Inside the building we observed exposed wiring, missing fire alarms, hanging light fittings and other maintenance and safety concerns. The apartment itself was cold, the heater did not work, and hot water lasted only a few minutes. Builders were working outside the building during our stay, including near our 25th-floor apartment.
What should have been a family holiday became a stressful experience spent trying to resolve problems rather than enjoying our break.
I appreciate that Love Holidays later provided a partial refund, but in my opinion this did not adequately reflect the extent of the issues we experienced.
I would encourage anyone considering booking to carefully research recent reviews and conditions before travelling.

With UTI(ultra all inclusive) this is enjoyed at the magic tropical splash hotel which is a 15-MINUTE WALK.
Apartment block 4, floor 25. When we enter we perceive an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning is only in the living room, there is no room, so it is impossible to sleep there, so it is time to throw the mattress on the floor and sleep all in the living room. The hotel manager sent for a penguin, this solution was useless as the noise it made prevented sleeping with it on. The best case is that according to the manager no one had complained for this reason, when the boy who came to install the air conditioning himself could see the unbearable heat that was in the room.
Cadena Magic offers MISLEADING ADVERTISING, they offer you the services of tropical magic splash, but they do not mention at any time that it is a 15 minute walk, when commenting on reception, they tell us that yes on the web they report that it is 100 meters in a straight line, we ask that you show us that information, but they do not. As a solution they let us park the car in the magic splash parking lot, so every time we want to go from the apartment to the hotel we must go from the apartment to the place where the car is parked and then drive to the hotel parking lot, an ineffective solution as we continue to take 15 or 20 minutes to make the journey.
This apartment is good option if you hire: accommodation only.
Air conditioning was losing water, they repaired it because the terrace was slipping a lot.
The noise of the fridge is so loud that we have had to unplug it and when we do it almost falls on us, it lacks a leg.

Mis sold hotel (cannot use pools)
》》》1st OF ALL THIS HOTEL IS MIS SOLD《《《 the pools you see in the pictures are not available and cannot be used due to not being allowed the key to the gates!!! Check in has to be done in the Magical Splash hotel which is a 15 minute walk away. Also food and drink is served in the Magical Splash hotel. This hotel has no facilities what so ever it is just an apartment nothing more. It's clean but very out dated with damaged light fittings, switches and no WIFI. The rooms and balcony are large but if you want all inclusive this is not the hotel "apartment" you want unless you want plenty of exercise to and from the Magical Splash. After complaining to the manager at Magical Splash, and I will state she was very professional and helpful she was able to get us availability in the Magical Splash so we changed hotels. JUST BOOK THE Magical Splash hotel it's great
