One-of-a-kind Unique and Beautiful Experience!

This is a one-of-a-kind experience! The house is decorated so beautifully and the host Lou makes you feel so at home. It's in a lovely little neighborhood with a brick street. The house is so cozy and accommodating. Everything is clean and so well thought out. It was truly an honor to stay here!

I have tried to create a space where although guests are traveling, they still feel like they are at home, or at least staying with family. Safe, Clean, and Peaceful are my three biggest priorities.
Highland Square is a lovely historic area here in Akron, Ohio, I am grateful to be in the heart of Highland Square.

B & B with hospitality, location & priced to meet your needs.

I greatly appreciated the comfort, hospitality and affordability of this bed-and-breakfast. Perfect location to all things in the Akron Canton area. The home is very clean and a large selection of fresh, healthy items for continental breakfast. Owner, Louie, is very respectful of your privacy, but also glad to promote and answer questions you may have as a visitor, as well as a brochure to take with you. The home is also walking distance to businesses on Market Street including some excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast for a good night's rest before heading out and exploring the area.

Baseball and bicycling

I had a wonderful stay at Berrodin Bed & Breakfast! The house was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect way to end my cycling trip while my uncle continued on his journey.
As a cyclist, I especially appreciated the secure, thoughtfully designed bicycle storage. It’s clear that cyclists were kept in mind, and it made storing our bikes easy and worry-free after a long day on the road.
One of the highlights was spending time with Louie, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. Sharing stories and enjoying time with Louie and my uncle made for a memorable end to my adventure.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay—especially if you’re traveling by bike—I highly recommend Berrodin Bed & Breakfast. Thank you for making the final stop of my trip so special!

I will be celebrating my 9th anniversary in October, and one of the things I look forward to every year is the arrival of Harry, and now his family! Harry is a treasure and he has become a dear friend. Harry rides the Ohio to Erie Trail every year amongst other places attending minor league baseball games. This is our 5th year together and the number of guests each year keeps growing. It has been a blessing to spend this time together with your family, and I am so grateful to have met you.

Louis was a great host. We really enjoyed the information he gave us regarding things to do around the area. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.
