There no breakfast as described on the web site. Room does not have coffee or tea. Otherwise, it was a nice place, clean and quiet.

Free breakfast was advertised, but was not available I was told at checkin. WiFi was spotty and did not work in my room. I had to travel to where it was available to use it

There was no one at the front desk; I had to call a number. They gave me a room that wasn't clean; then they gave me another one that wasn't clean. The phone didn't work and it took a long time for the room to cool down. However, I did have a good night's sleep.

Hotel has no name sign, in a plaza, not busy, it looks deserted at night. At check in, the staff told me that they just opened 2 days ago, so no breakfast, not even coffee. No coffee in the room either. He gave me a wifi password, but I never found the network. I called the front desk at 11 pm, but no answer. I liked my room (118), big and clean (beside a few scoff stains on the white sheets and pillow cases, but I'm ok with that because I still like everything in white). I like the bigger than standard hotel size refrigerator. I also like the up to date electronics, TV, outlets with usb-c. But, I didn't like that the ac was off when I arrived (8/2/26 at 9:30 pm), it was hotter than outside. It couldn't reach a comfortable temperature until the morning. The door has a gap and the ac wasn't efficient enough to cool down that big room in a short time.
At check out, I told him I couldn't find the wifi network, he said it should be Anderson Inn. I asked him the hotel's name, he said it will be Quality inn.

While you can tell the property is trying to update and improve, it leaves a lot to be desired, here was my experience. I booked this stay for a soccer tournament for my son thinking we could stay close and hop in the pool after a long day in the sun... After the first day of games, hot and tired, GPS leads us into a mostly abandoned, depressed shopping center in downtown Anderson, CA... Thinking this was GPS mistake I almost turned around until I realized there was, in fact a hotel there to, a gray desolate building marked only with a blank, black sign... Even my 10 year old was a bit nervous. Check in went strangely as there was no one at the desk, and I was instructed by a handmade sign on the counter to call a cell phone for service. I called twice before a woman answered and appeared shortly after for check in. She was efficient but not friendly or very helpful besides to check in. When we got to the room it was clean, I was relieved but as my son soon discovered the TV worked but had no working channels and there was no paper or sign with wifi login info. I walked back to the front were there were now 3 surley women to told me "no wifi, cable's out" and didn't seem to want to offer me much more explanation. Annoyed, but not dismayed, I returned to the room to get in the pool with my son, when we found it (there were zero signs) we found it was dirty and turned right around. I cancelled my reservation (with a lot of trouble as it was impossible to find employees).
