Staying in unit seven at sunrise Garden resort
We booked unit #7 for two weeks because they are pet friendly. Why four stars instead of five? Because the outside area needed some TLC and the pool needed more regular cleaning. The price we payed for those 2 weeks for the unit was good. We only had 1 bar stool for the counter and called the property management and they were professional. Responded quickly and delivered a second barstool the next day as they said. The property management and services are not on the grounds. Their offices are offsite. You need to leave a voicemail and wait to be contacted. The local office is only opened three hours a day.The unit was clean but small. Ok for 2 adults. The kitchen was small but ok. The small kitchen unit had all of the utensils that you would need to cook a meal, including toaster blender, frying pans, spatula, microwave etc.We took our e-bikes, and loved the location bc we could bike to 2 beaches. One beach for sunrise and the other for sunsets. They had a laundry area with a washer and a dryer very convenient.
We loved the patio, great for meals. We brought our beach umbrella and used it on the patio table, the unit didn’t have a patio umbrella. The air conditioner was loud. But our neighbors were always quiet and respectful.
We spent a a lot of time at the pool. The water in the pool was OK. It was warmer than the ocean but could be warmer. The mattress was amazing. We slept amazing for the two weeks we were there.
The pool needed more frequent cleaning. While we were there, I only saw one person come in and clean it in two weeks. The landscaping and the surrounding areas on the outside can use some tlc. Will definitely come back.

Apt #15 the worst stay I've ever had
Location great. Atmosphere, island led. Apartment #15 absolutely appalling. Filthy dirty. In need of total refurb. & VACASA the company who manage the property completely disinterested.

Don' Stay Here
Booked for 4 people 2-8/2/10. Unit 11 Sofa bed was unusable! Nasty mattress and smelled. Ceiling fan didn't work and light shorted out. Called customer service and voice mail full. Made complaint first night no extra linens and didn't receive til next day. We never even stayed the next day! customer service service said they would get back to me about complaint and still nothing..

Warning!
Warning! We arrived at 11 pm, had a code to access our room, but the code did not work. We tried to call the “24/7” customer service several times. No answer. We couldn’t get in until next morning when they finally answered. We are a family of five, and they just left us stranded. Vacasa has agreed to refund us just for the one night, when we couldn’t get in, no compensation for the terrible experience and start of our holiday, and that we had to find other accommodation that night. Companies like Vacasa should not be allowed to operate.

Nice location - but they need to upgrade
Obviously, location is good. However, the bed actually had a huge hole in the middle which made for a very uncomfortable stay and we tried sleeping on the sofa bed to get rest. The sofa bed in the living room was even worse. Paper thin. It is a bit confusing why they would have such a nice location but the bed and the sofa bed are not livable. There was some construction also happening on property that was quite noisy. However, we would not book here again due to the beds. Which should tell you. A decent bed is not very expensive but this property is scamming people out of money because of location. The bed and the couch will give you back problems. It would be better to stay at another location that didn't cheap out on the beds.
