Night staff was more concerned with an internal glitch than the tired folks lined up 4+ deep to check in. Room was smoke-smelling though for non-smoking. The shampoo was empty. Although advertised, there is no breakfast. Vending machines aren't working.

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, air conditioning was too noisy, head bed light was broken, old towels and they provided only 2 no hand and face towels. The pictures that they provided in the website is not the same as the room looks like. So will not recommend.

Again second time in a row no remote for tv phone didn’t work and no hot water at all now how a bussiness stays open or books you in not telling you there’s no hot water I don’t know.

We had two rooms. 1 smelled heavily of smoke the other just smelled rotten. I was in the smoke smelling room and figured I got the better end of that deal. The hard floors were sticky and disgusting. there was mold on the showers, NO hot water in either room, NO shampoo in either room. The USB charger didn't work in my room, the ACs ran all night. They didn't cool the rooms, just clanked and moaned all night and could not be shut off, this was the case in BOTH rooms. The breakfast consisted of two dried out loaves of bread a waffle maker, a very limited selection of pre packaged garbage, and some cold cereal... no milk.
If there were a lower rating then 1 star I'ld use it. The place is just disgusting. I'm truly shocked that the board of health hasn't shut it down.

No hot water in the morning.
Check in was by trainee
Was sent to walk around the building, when room was only 5 doors away from front door.
Bed was nice and room was clean.
