Great staff, clean room, and great breakfast.
Ardmore has all amenities needed. Great Lana in the area.

Where do I start first it says no deposit I even called and they said no deposit. I get there and lo and behold a 75$ deposit. The room smelled of mildew. The desk personal was rude.The pool was closed.No ice machine. No juice for breakfast and no coffee they had the creamer and sugar sitting out but no coffee.

The guy at check in was an idiot, and rude. He felt it necessary to tell me 3 times, that smoking wasn't allowed in the room. I heard and acknowledged that the first two times! I speak and understand English quite well. You should try using your manners next time.
Also if you are traveling with dogs, you should know there is no shade or grassy areas for your pets.

They didn't vacuum the room every day. They charged my account after I said I would pay at the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel poisoned my pets and I had to spend a TON of money on emergency vet bills - their curtains in all their rooms have this strange white powder on the back of them, and my two cats like to sunbathe, so they got into the window, got this powder on them, jumped out of the window, and started ingesting it trying to clean it off of their fur. I immediately cleaned them up when I saw what they were doing, but they had already ingested a lot of the powder, and an hour or two later they were throwing up bile, getting very sick. I had to take them all the way to Oklahoma City to the emergency vet, and it cost me a ton of money, and I’m going to have more expenses in the future because one of them has a liver issue.
I told this to the proprietor and the housekeeping, and the housekeeping confirmed that they knew about these curtains for a while, but did not want to replace them because they were “too cheap to do it”. When I spoke to the proprietor about it, they kept on dodging
responsibility, stating that “these curtains were Wyndham’s curtains not their’s so go after them”, “no other animals ever got sick before”, etc. They were clearly not going to take responsibility.
So of course, they didn’t refund me, which is not a big deal, but it’s pretty ridiculous. In addition, they still also charged me a pet fee. They almost killed my pets, but they still charged me a pet fee!
I reported this to the c-suite at Wyndham + filed a lawsuit last week against the hotel. Beware.
