Great place to stay! I absolutely love staying at Culebra Suites. I always feel incredibly safe here, especially with their security staff actively walking the property, and I never have to worry about the safety of my car and the staff always makes you feel welcomed and they are very accommodating to all my need everytime im there and for that reason ill always come back 😊

Despite reading numerous negative reviews, I decided to book this hotel, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The air conditioning was non-functional, leaving the room unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. To add insult to injury, the shower tub was in a state of disrepair, with the knob broken and the water flow inadequate.

Everything was ok for my stay even if something was not right staff was there asap to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible

False advertisement

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IMMEDIATELY...
Roaches everywhere even on the wall when you're bathing and showering it's really Uncomfortable and disgusting broken glass the dishes were dirty. There was old food in the cabinets connected to the table all types of old mold behind the refrigerator.. the sockets the stove above the stove where the fan turns on staines all on the walls dust and cobwebs everywhere the front dest is really rude and not very helpful or friendly. They're policy says one thing then they try and verbally give others.the rooms are terrible and look nothing like what they're advertising online .. they overcharged us. Then tried to say we owed them 40 dollars then 80 more dollars. It was noisy there's a broken down car with a tow tag that's been on it since February. That they're doing nothing about. Just like the rooms the renting and getting complaints about. Just NASTY like their attitude.

There were old refrigerators in the hallway, the elevator door didn’t shut all the way before it went up or down, and the room was old outdated. And sketchy people hanging around outside.
