Like staying the night in an IKEA. minimalist design is cool but not as comfy. Amenities like coffee maker, fridge, etc required trip to lobby (which was stocked) but none in rooms. Lobby was super fun.

The property was neat and clean and the room was comfortable. My only complaint was the bed. It should be replaced. It was lumpy and dipped down on either side. Otherwise all was good. Excellent value.

Ok to stay. Would rate 7/10 not 9/10. Air conditioner worked great, was quiet. Pool table, not swimming pool. Soap in bathroom is attached to wall and you squeeze it out, ridges along bottle, felt unsanitary, have not seen this before. Breakfast was just ok. Ran out of food by 7:40, they did have it refilled in about 15 minutes. Seemed short staffed. Staff was friendly. Felt a little less safe than most hotels due to other guests behavior, not in the hotels control.

The hotel is tucked back in next to Van's but not easy to find coming from the north. It is new and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Two minor complaints. The lobby was freezing cold. Not so bad for breakfast but in the afternoon and evening it was really cold. I am not a big fan of the soap/lotion/shampoo dispensers. They need to be squeezed pretty hard to dispenser. Once again pretty minor issues. I would stay there again.
