I ended up having to leave earlier than expected but place was decent. I’ve seen better locations.

and the normal circumstances that would have been upset at the situation that occurred. I ended up leaving my room key in my room when I left to go to the store when I returned I ended up having to sleep in my car because I couldn't get a hold of anyone from the front desk but the next morning the staff Tiffany explain what happened and it was understandable as to why it happened. but before I could think about requesting to be or compensated for that night they already had offered it and so I just stayed an extra night which was in my plans anyhow so I have to say that they earned the five stars

I arrived at 4;45pm on a Sunday to be informed my reservation (and many other guests') had been cancelled. They said two housekeepers didn't show up to work so they had to cancel people. I didn't receive a call, email or other l correspondences. Staff was rude and made no effort to assist in helping stranded guests find other rooms.

They let you book online, and when you arrive they tell you there are no rooms available, that they're all rented.

Horrible. We got a dirty room. All dirt was swept into the corners of room.
We had no shower curtain for shower.
No trash bags in any trash cans.
No toilet paper the whole stay. Called/text the after hours number for toilet paper and was told no.
We had a nonsmoking room the reeked of stale cigarette smoke
