Great staff and hotel amenities
Used hotel for convention. Management was great to work wit. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and provided fantastic service, Large meeting rooms, huge exercise room and nice outdoor pool

Management seems to have given up
All guest rooms lacked hot water and many common areas had no functioning air conditioning throughout a hot Austin weekend stay. The property has many areas of deferred maintenance. It’s budget friendly but smelly in the common areas and the lack of hot water is inexcusable. The surrounding area is not attractive or safe at night with no amenities in short walking distance. On the upside, for lower-budget conferences, the meeting space is good-sized and logically arranged.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot water outage during your stay. Unfortunately, the issue was the result of an unexpected mechanical failure that affected the guest room hot water system. We understand the frustration this caused and recognize the significant impact it had on our guests' experience.
I would also like to clarify that while portions of the common areas may have been warmer than usual due to the extreme Texas heat and the age of certain equipment, the majority of our public spaces remained operational throughout the weekend. Nevertheless, we understand that comfort is important, and we appreciate your feedback.
As an established property, we continuously invest in maintenance and improvements throughout the hotel. We recognize that some areas would benefit from updates, and your comments help us prioritize those efforts.
I am sorry that you found the surrounding area less appealing than expected. Many of our guests choose our property because of its convenient access to downtown Austin, area attractions, and major roadways, though we understand that individual preferences regarding location can vary.

Property and food service could use some improvement
Inadequate handicap parking.

The restaurant is not open at all. The customer has to order & gave it deliver in room. There should be restaurant service there times when it is open l.
