Exceptional stay!
From the minute we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel like valued guests from the very beginning.
Throughout our stay, everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and relaxing.
What really made the difference was the level of hospitality. The team consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was just right, and those little touches made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone at The Ritz-Carlton for making our trip so memorable.

Expectations Exceeded!
My wife and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch in early July. We traveled there to escape the heat of south Louisiana. We had no real agenda other than to be pampered. We reserved the Club Floor; when we walked in, we were kindly greeted by McKinely who escorted us up to the lounge on the 8th floor where she took care of our check-in. We were given Champagne during our brief wait for our room to get ready. We were well taken care of by George (Cosmin) and Rafael. They immediately made us feel at home - making sure our glasses stayed filled after our long trip.
About two hours after we arrived, the electricity went out in the entire county. Other than emergency lighting, there was nothing. We had dinner reservations at WYLD - so we went down to see what was going on. To our surprise, the hotel started cooking hamburgers for everyone "on the house." The place was full of happy people. You would never know that there was a potentially serious problem going on. The service staff made everyone feel at home and comfortable during what turned out to be a 12 hour outage. I have personally never seen anything like this - the leadership at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch must be incredible because it was evident in the culture on display that evening. I would like to specifically point out Dragana, Arun, Isyana, and Jeff.
Ryan Albin took care of us for most of the week in the Club Lounge. He was very focused on our needs including transportation to and from the various restaurants.
Almira Takata was a superstar throughout our stay as well. She was unrelenting in her responsibilities of making sure that my wife and I and all the guests were taken care of.
Other servers that were so dedicated were Yasmine and Almira. Always with smiles on their faces.
On the last day, Julio Tapia took the time to make sure we had an awesome experience hiking up to Beaver Lake. He showed us where to go and how to get there.
Overall - just incredible service from individuals who are clearly well-coached. We felt like we mattered the entire time we were there.

Beautiful Location
The arrival experience is magical. Turning past lush landscape into the auto court feels intimate and special. Valet guys in cowboy hats a nice western welcome. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious. Although it looked like the furniture had been refreshed, the bathroom is dated. The outdoor pool is in a beautiful setting but very small for the number of hotel rooms. Chaise lounge chairs filled up by 11:00 am. The outdoor furniture (sofas) on the patio seats are super deep, which makes them awkward to be comfortable. Not typical for Ritz's brand standard.
Recommend getting out early for hiking. There are several loops that start from the hotel. Free on-call shuttle to Beaver Creek Village and other destinations is great.
It is a very popular time of year for families. Lot and lots of kids under the age of 5. We should have thought of that before booking a couple's getaway. We might come back in the fall for a quieter experience.
