Great location for passing through town. Did not partake in the pool or breakfast, but they were nice amenities. Disappointed that there was no water available at breakfast to fill my water bottle before leaving.

If you want a clean room and professional friendly staff. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The room(s), particularly the bathroom, were not maintained in a clean or sanitary condition—at least in my experience. My room had visible damage to the bathtub, surround, and ceiling due to what appeared to be a leak, along with mildew growth. Due to these conditions, I chose not to stay in the room and instead rented accommodations at the Hampton.
Additionally, I witnessed concerning behavior from a staff member who identified herself as the district manager. She spoke harshly to a Hispanic man attempting to rent a room and made an inappropriate comment regarding his immigration status, stating that he was “illegal” and would not be rented a room.
There are many other reasonably priced lodging options available. If cleanliness and professional, respectful customer service are important to you, I would not recommend staying at the Super 8 in Boise, Idaho. I would like to note, however, that my experiences at other Super 8 locations have generally been very positive.

When you have all the empty rooms - SKIP a room so the rude, disrespectful guests who choose to keep the loud TV on most the night and talk loudly don’t keep the unfortunate next door guests awake ALL night. AWFUL room management!!!!

The hotel had the usual items we expected, however the property was not very clean or attractive, and several lights in our room were burned out. The staff was not particularly helpful, even in explaining where our room was. The breakfast was okay, and the stay was alright.

Our room was clean. Looked like it had been remodeled. Very modern. Beds were quite comfortable. Picked Super 8 cause that's where we like to stay. Prices are great. There was a airport shuttle which starts at 4 a.
m. I believe. Needed an early one for family leaving. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Only one complaint was trying to find the breakfast area. Ended up having another guest help me. The gal taking care of the area was super nice. Very simple breakfast like waffles, cold cereal, muffins, toast, instant oatmeal, yogurt and beverages.
