Great hotel!!! It’s not only beautiful, but the rooms were extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Interesting Experiment

It has some positives.. which for me were outweighed by the negatives. The positives were the location and friendly staff, and the room was clean. This is my second tryout of the AC brand, which bills itself as tech-friendly. Honestly I don't even care about that, I just want stuff to work. If I'm arriving late at night and gave the hotel hours of notice, there should not be an empty shampoo dispenser in the shower. If there is a "Hydration Station" down the hall for filling water bottles then that should work. The TV should not be broken even if I am not there to watch TV. It was a worthwhile experiment while in Boston, and certainly others may have a different impression, including the large groups of young people who were there for some event. But this is one of those experiments I wouldn't repeat.

Rude Manager

Long time Marriott customer, first time staying at this hotel. I called with a question about my bill and Mr. smith, the Manager was combative and rude. He was unprofessional and off putting. I was excited to be there for my son’s orientation as he starts Boston College but will be sure NOT to book this hotel for the next 4 college years. You can do better Marriott. What a shame.

They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible.
