Great stay — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located

We had a great stay at the Hilton Boston Back Bay. The renovations really show — everything felt fresh and genuinely clean, from the room to the common areas. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in on, which made the whole stay easy.
The amenities were a highlight! I've never seen such a professional hotel gym. The lobby restaurant and bar was the perfect place to grab a drink before heading over to a Fenway game. Easy walk, easy night.
Would happily stay here again.

ELEVATORS ARE THE WORST! Pillows terrible

We went for our 25th anniversary. The hotel was nice but the pillows were horrible. The ELEVATORS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 2 elevators for a 25 floor hotel is unacceptable. They do allow you to use the service elevator but they should at least make it look nicer. Even with the service elevator we waite. The one elevator would reset if we went up when we wanted to go down. So we have to reselect our floors. Lobby is freezing!!!

Turned our Luck Around

his hotel is worth every penny. The service was wonderful, and the staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to make sure we had a great experience.
We had a terrible experience at another hotel and checked out as soon as we saw our room. We came to the Hilton Boston Back Bay hoping they would have availability on an extremely busy weekend. We explained our situation to the front desk, and Sarah Kayon was incredibly kind and understanding. She found us a beautiful, clean room with a gorgeous view and completely turned our night around.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel has also been recently renovated, with a beautiful lobby, a great bar, and clean, modern rooms. What you see on the website photos is what you get in person.
The location is perfect—situated in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of many of Boston’s attractions, with convenient access to the train for anything farther away.
I highly recommend the Hilton Boston Back Bay and would absolutely stay here again!

I was charged an additional 94 and 74 for the two rooms I booked after checkout. No one mentioned this fee, and when I called I was told I had a 10$ per room credit which no one told me about either. I asked to speak to management about a refund and I was hung up on. Never again

Only 2 working elevators, could wait 10mins for one. I’d expect more from Hilton. They also charge you to park after charging you $400 for a room that wasn’t even the correct room. I booked 2 doubles for 3 people and was given a king.
