Quiet, Clean and Convenient!

Great property located near entertainment and other attractions. Super quiet, clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Cool A/C. FREE hot breakfast. Outdoor pool.

The carpet was so dirty that our feet turned black walking on it. Breakfast was to begin at 7am, but at 7:15 the entire lobby including the breakfast area was dark. Apparently the employee decided to stay home. We returned our key at 7:30 and the lobby including the breakfast area was still dark and not open. Will so many hotels in Branson we will stay at a different hotel the next time we visit.

This was the second time to stay here. We like staying here but will not again not any fault of the motel. We are non-smokers and I have asthma and our room was next to a couple that were chain smokers and they were always right outside our door smoking and when we opened our door the smell came into our room.The guy was on the floor under us was the same way. So we had to walk through smoke going and coming from our room.There where cigarette butts all over the spot where they smoked. We are going to places that don't allow smoking.

Would stay again.

Clean room,bathroom was small,no microwave in room,refrigerator was in a cabinet with a broken hinge and had to lift the front of the refrigerator to open the door.Good selection of breakfast food.Lobby is on the second floor.
