Great little hotel. Super easy to use and very reasonable price. The Turkish coffee house next door was fantastic. Will be staying again.

Dirty inside and out, best for one person for a quick sleep.

My husband chose this (unstaffed) hotel b/c it looks amazing in the pics. As soon as we arrived we realized this hotel wasn't what we had hoped for. The office door, open when my husband checked in, was locked a few minutes later when we came back to go to our room on the 2nd floor. We had to take the back stairs which were grimy, and the walkway to our room was equally gross. The exterior paint had large blisters that were cracked open. The room had one chair (we ordered takeout and had to borrow someone's chair so we could sit together to eat our meal). The ice maker in the office was broken; I suppose that if we had had a pickaxe with us perhaps we could have chipped off some ice from the chunk in our undefrosted refrigerator, which would have also helped b/c the ice from the freezer in the tiny, tiny fridge took up so much room we barely got to 16.9 oz bottles of water in the fridge. There is a wall unit air conditioner on the opposite side from the bathroom (the warmest place in the room), and it was "okay," but not super effective. There were no hooks or racks for bath towels, and no washcloths. The walls by the shower fixture (which was huge and looked nice) were disintegrating at the base and there was mildew in the shower. The room had not been cleaned well; I set my phone in one of the cubbies over the desk and instantly removed it b/c my fingers left marks in the nasty amount of dust that was in there. When I looked it up, this hotel goes for $236/night! We stayed at another BW (not "signature") on this trip that cost more than $100 less/night. I'm glad we used points; HOWEVER, it cost 18,000 points, way more than the other for WAYYYYY less of a hotel. This feels like a gentrified dive hotel I'd normally drive past. Good effort, but the execution is lacking.

Remote key retrieval didn't work but help line got it figured out quickly. I've stayed here multiple times. It's quiet and cute

This is an old ‘motel’ not a hotel. Walk up stairs outside the building to your room (though there are first floor rooms you also enter from the outside). Seems someone took an old motel painted the outside in an artsy style and put modern flooring, beds and baths in. No staff at check in. Had to call from my cell to get a key as the auto key system was not responding for me. Stairs and elevated walkway to room old and dirty. Room itself mod and.clean. One redeeming feature of the place. Had to climb over one of the beds to reach thermostat. Did not work. No instructions. Finally moved other bed to be able to see and turn on old AC unit. But it did work. Glad I was alone and the second bed was unneeded as the air blows onto the bed as it is touching the wall unit and the wall unit basically refrigerated that bed. Really too narrow for 2 beds. No instructions-room coffee or fridge. 2 bottles of water. Rack with just 2 coat hangers. I imagine it is cold in Winter as light was coming in under the door. Had a menu for a nearby restaurant if you wanted to order a coffee. The door to the lobby was locked when I arrive. It was open when I left but no one around. It was the equivalent of a new Red Roof Inn or maybe an AirBNB where you rent a room above someone’s old garage. Hampton kind of pricing for this was a rip off. Thought it might have a cool vibe. Def not. Lesson learned.

I was so surprised how different the actual place is from the photos on hotels.com. The room is very small, the whole building is just like a motel. I booked a room with queen bed but the bed was full size. The door of the bathroom has a huge gap from the wall so it doesn’t give the full privacy. There’s a tissue box cover but no tissue box in it. There’s really no amenities for the guest. The most surprising thing was there’s no staff at the place. Key was given from the device, only one card for staying there by 2 people. I had to return the key by the device for check out but it didn’t work properly so I had to call. I really don’t understand why other people are leaving such good reviews for this place. I really do not recommend this place especially for the price I paid, which was $260.00 for one night.
