Excellent stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach.
We stayed at your hotel from May 30 to June 1, 2026 (unfortunately too short).
We would like to thank FELIPE for his warm welcome and the surprise attention that brought us great joy for our 47th wedding anniversary.

Amazing staff!
Gloria at the front desk was amazing even before we arrived she helped us! Matt at the valet stand was also extremely accommodating and helpful! So far, the staff has been very kind, courteous and helpful.

Staff promises things but do not keeps the agreements made! - Room was not ready at the time, and got another room without balcony dispite booked, due to hotel overbooking.
Hotel was good but lack of service ruined the overall impression.

First of all check in was a nightmare. They let members check out at 4pm and others check in at the same time. They really should have at least a hour gap between check outs and check ins. We waited a hour to get a room for our 4pm check in. Second of all the rooms all smelt moldy. We tried to order dinner in the lobby and they were out of the first thing and then out of our second option. The guy was nice to help make up for it on the bill but still should be notated as unavailable at check out. It was a pricy for a bottle of water when you can walk across the street and get a couple for the price of one. I do say the hotel is in a nice location for walking distance to several places as well as easy access to the beach through the surf shop across the street. Overall our was stay ok. Won't stay there again though.

Ask for a room with a balcony
There is a horrible smell in the room, because the windows are sealed, they do not open, and the bathroom has no exhaust fan. It has dark carpet which gives a bad feeling and little light because the windows seem tinted. The armchair/bed is bad. The bathroom is very nice, as are the shower and the main bed.
The hotel's location is great for eating and going out for a walk in the afternoon/evening.
The breakfast is good and the service is too.
