front desk was great, hot breakfast was great. Loved the firm new bed and the citrus scent shampoo and body wash. Nice new hotel with friendly personal and good hot breakfast. Seems the management team have been trained well. Lower price would have been icing on the cake : )

Newer hotel in need of repairs

The hotel is falling apart due to a lack of maintenance. Pros & cons
Pros:
Very nice rooms, friendly staff, average breakfast, good gym, good sized pool, nice lounge.
Cons:
Elevators in need of dire repairs. The floor tiles are cracked and shift. The Elevator facing is missing. The button to close the Elevator is MISSING! Rather than replacing it, they choose to place black electrical tape on it! This is a safety hazard. As per pics
No jacuzzi.
The bathroom has black mold on the shower door. As per pics.

The room was nice . But the smell as you walk in was weird there was a big drum in the middle of the bathroom in case of a flood ?? I guess you could see stagnant water ? Mind you we where on the 3 floor the shower had a removable shower that was cheap leaking all over good thing I was in the shower trying to get wet and clean! And the smell was I think was from drain from the middle of that drain !
The morning breakfast buffet was just okay nothing to brags about it will pass

Really wanted to give this place 5 stars and an excellent review because we were very impressed with how spacious and clean the rooms were, but unfortunately they don’t seem to have it together in other areas. We chose this hotel specifically for the hot buffet breakfast that was included in the stay because we had been traveling for over a week and sick of continental breakfasts. Anyway, upon check in we were told by the sweet girl at the front desk that breakfast would be served from 6:00 am - 10:00 am, which coincided with the info on the hotels app that I booked it from. 5-9 on weekdays, 6-10 on weekends. We woke up on Sunday (note- weekend) April 26th and came down for breakfast before our long travel day around 9:15 am. To our surprise, the entire thing was shut down, turned off and they were finishing cleaning it. I asked why since we were told, and the app confirms, it would be until 10 and the front desk girl told us, “yeah I don’t know who worked last night to tell you that.” Soon after another guest came down for breakfast and was obviously as disappointed as we were as he was told the same thing. So either they don’t know what they’re doing in general as staff, or they decided to start cleaning early thinking there were guests left. Either way, it was unprofessional and ruined our stay- hence the low rating. Never again.

Breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy along with waffles, cereal and variety of breads. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly.
