Our checkin manager, Gary, was so kind and accommodating! We changed rooms to find one with a sofa for a senior citizen. He made sure we had all we needed and went above and beyond!

Charged twice, WiFi sucked, at best. Be machines not working, pool closed, no free coffee in lobby, Charged twice, was told my 3 night reservation was only good for 2 nights.
Better value at a Sleep Inn.

This hotel only provided 2 towels for our 2 night stay. Signs in the room say hang up your towels and reuse them. There is no housekeeping during your stay. The handle kept falling off in the tub. Had I known how cheap and lazy this hotel was I would have opted for another full service hotel. When we told the desk clerk upon check out she acted as if we were lying about the handle falling off. We were just letting them know it needed to be fixed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not worth the money

The hotel itself is nice and they have ample parking. However the wifi is not good at all. Even paid for the upgraded wifi and it was also no good. Kept dropping signal and the speed was subpar.
They also offer no complimentary breakfast or even coffee. For a hotel that costs close to $300 a night this is completely unacceptable. I swear it’s always these higher priced hotels that offer no breakfast and have terrible wifi.
In my opinion, if you have more affordable options for a hotel I would take those. This hotel is simply not worth the extra money.

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for the situations you experience at our hotel. The Courtyard brand has never offered a complimentary breakfast. Residence Inn, Fairfield, TownePlace and Springhill hotels by Marriott do. I wish I had know that was your understanding, I would have been happy to give you a free breakfast coupon because of the misunderstanding. We are in the process of upgrading our internet right now but I am sorry that it isn't in place now for your stay. Now that we are post your stay, may I offer 5,000 points to post to Marriott Bonvoy that may be used at any Marriott hotel. I would need your permission to do so. Thank you for your time. Excellent professionalism and service

Hotel staff was very professional and provided great service especially Nacia at front desk. Bistro service was also excellent with good food
