Wonderful BnB

Wally and Nancy were so beyond welcoming during our stay, as was their super sweet black lab, Gus, who was obsessed with our Iggy! Their homemade breakfasts were absolutely amazing, and the accommodations across the two houses on the property were cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed.

First rate B&B

Wonderful B&B. Truly enjoyed our two night stay. Nancy and Wally made us feel right at home. Plus a delicious breakfast!

Will come again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Glass Magnolia during our reunion in June! The bnb is about a 20 minute drive from Ithaca and close to so many wineries. Wally and Nancy are super warm and welcoming people. It was such fun getting to hear their stories and chatting with fellow travelers, all while enjoying the best breakfast made by Wally. The rooms are well kept, and fresh towels, sheets, soap, and shampoo can always be requested. If you're heading into Ithaca, don't forget to stop by Indian Creek Farm on the way for some apple cider donuts. Highly recommend the Glass Magnolia!

Best Anniversary

We made a last minute decision to spend our 50th anniversary in the Finger Lakes region of NY. Choosing to stay at the Glass Magnolia was the best part of that decision.
From the moment Wally, Nancy and Gus greeted us at the door, it felt as if they were old friends. The relaxed atmosphere, good conversation and of course wonderful food made the experience feel like home away from home.
We look forward to our next stay at Glass Magnolia.

Wineries and curling:)

booked two nights at Nancy and Wally's lovely bnb to meet up with family from UK touring US on business. The Balcony room chosen was situated in the secondary property adjacent to the main house. Because of being preseason we managed to get the entire home to ourselves which was a welcome unexpected treat. As the lovely hosts will be kept busy and booked starting this week.
We had a complete home with huge fully equipped kitchen, large harvest table, large main entrance hall and living room. All rooms were furnished with period furnishing. (home is a very well maintained, clean 180 year old grand lady)
Eclectic and delightful touches and interesting furniture pieces made each room unique and inspiring. Comfortable beds, large rooms, nice bathroom and plenty of hot water with good water pressure all made for a lovely private retreat offering the best of the finger lakes environment on a late spring get away.
Wally is renown by the local wineries we visited for his amazing breakfast which did not fail to deliver. Nancy is the consummate hostess, great tidbits on where to visit, (Sauders market was great stop on the way home:) for Mennonite goodies, the lovely Taughannock falls, wineries and a few nice chats on local gossip from both our home areas.
Would highly recommend this lovely establishment for its hospitality, gourmet breakfast, welcoming environment and location. Sadly only was able to enjoy a fraction that the finger lakes has to offer. But would visit again given the opportunity. Cheers Wally and Nancy and hope to see you on the curling rink one day.
