Condo was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were so comfy! Prompt responses to all my questions. Excellent stay

If I had actually seen it first I would have NEVER HAVE BOOKED IT.

Absolutely would never come back TERRIBLE. Filthy, run down, disgusting property. Fireplace filled whole space with smoke. No sheets on master bed. Dirty pots and pans with crusted food on them. Party of 7 - they gave us 4 towels. Hot tub filled with hair. Duct tape patches on carpet. Third world accommodation.

Terrible Condo!

I’ve never been more disappointed with service than I was here! I walked into my condo with trash on the mantle, hair in the showers, unwashed dishes, and only four towels given for 4 people! Please steer clear!

Best place to stay in Crested Butte

The Plaza Condos is my favorite place to stay. If you get a south facing unit looking down the valley, you will have a great view from the balcony. Some of the units could use a little updating but still are not bad and some have been beautifully updated.

Frustrating check-in experience, very outdated condo, no one will return my emails!

After two months of no one responding to my emails I decided to write a review...We had a very frustrating checkin experience. We showed up to the Plaza to checkin as the email instructed. The front desk receptionist just handed us a parking pass and key. No instructions what so ever. The parking pass said ax419. So we unpacked the car at the Plaza. Went to the fourth floor. Wandered around looking for 419.
Headed back down to the lobby and told her we think we are in Axtell. We then had to ask her how to get there. She seemed surprised we would need to know that. She had to go look it up. Told us she didn’t know where it was but the address was 701 Gothic. So we headed back to the car and loaded it back up. Then spent 25 mins driving around trying to find the building. It’s not 701. We had to call a friend to help us find it.
In the end it took us over 45 minutes to checkin and find our place and we were late to our event.
On top of that we rented a “1 bedroom + loft” and we got two lofts. There are no doors to either “room” and the “master” is top loft and it was
boiling hot up there.
Also the hot tub was closed so I am not sure what our resort fee went towards...
The most frustrating part is the lack of communication/caring on their end
