Valet parking

We enjoyed our entire trip, but we were especially impressed with the valet service workers at the Hilton oceanfront Daytona Beach. Joseph P, John, and Frankie were excellent! They were very professional, pleasant, and courteous!

Fantastic Stay overlooking the ocean

Service at the Hilton was excellent! Enjoyed my stay and had the pleasure of having Joseph Pavon as our valet who was extremely nice, professional and set the standards for what excellence looks like at a hotel. Valet sets the tone of how your stay will be when you arrive and i cannot commend them enough!

the hotel itself was really good, very clean ,staff was excellent, the only thing was the fee for the parking, was $50.00 per day at the Valet or $35.00 for self parking, but if you have a handicap is $35.00 per day.Also the chairs at the beach were $50.00 for two chairs and onr umbrella, I did not know these addtional fees. I think for such a good hotel parking shall be free and the umbrellas and chairs as well.

Our room could have been cleaner. Certain things have not been cleaned in a very long time. Like things hanging on the walls,
Bathroom floor corners, & under the furniture.
Our shower water was HOT. As in even on the coldest lowest setting it was unpleasantly HOT. Definitely needs addressed.
Beach access from the Cabana room is excellent! Would stay again.

Great room, comfortable bed but sheets and towels smelled like industrial dryers they used. Housekeeping hit and miss, coming at odd times, had to call front desk for change of sheets on bed and fresh towels and even toilet paper. Housekeeper who met me in the room very cold and indifferent like I was taking her away from her valuable time. Front desk, valet and pool staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, fun and always asking if we needed anything.
