The room was bare no towels or tp or coffee cups. The owners or workers were not accepting. They let other visitors just be completely out of control.

Loud music and train woke me up 3 times. No towels no soap room smelled like cigarette. Very bad experience

Room was full of trash food and junk people at desk made us stand out in rain and talk through a window they couldn’t find our reservation then had to leave and get cash for the studio door key deposit. Asked for a refund got yelled at and no help experion also didn’t help

Gave us the key to someone else's room advertised pet friendly but was not 32 degrees outside and the heater didn't work

Very horrible staff, rude didnt even have towels for us to shower but a clean place
