Great Location, Friendly Staff, Solid Stay

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown for three nights and had an overall very positive experience. The hotel is in an excellent location: easy walking distance to many downtown attractions and very convenient to public transit, which made getting around the city simple.
The property itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. My room was comfortable, quiet, and exactly what I expect from a Hyatt Place. Check-in was quick and professional, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
A special shout-out to Ricardo at the H Bar. I interacted with him on two busy evenings, and he worked incredibly hard while still providing attentive, friendly service. He’s a great representative for the hotel and clearly cares about guest experience.
The complimentary breakfast was convenient, though somewhat average in quality. The potatoes and sausage were good, but the eggs were clearly instant and a bit inconsistent from day to day. It did the job, but there’s room for improvement.
One small suggestion: I received a knock on my door around 9:00 a.m. on departure day, even though I had a Do Not Disturb sign posted and checkout time had not passed. It wasn’t a big issue, but respecting the sign until checkout time would improve guest comfort.
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. The combination of location, friendly staff, and good value made for a very enjoyable visit to Denver.

Great Hotel and location. Excellent breakfast enjoy the gym just wish there was the coolest and cooler and there were more 5 lb weights.

Seniors and those with disabilities not welcome. Sadly, the elevators in this hotel do not work regularly, which they failed to alert me to when they gave me a room on the 18th floor. The first time I tried to leave the hotel, it took me 37 minutes to get to the lobby from my room on the 18th floor - eventually accessing the freight elevator. The staff were apologetic, but the hotel is simply not accessible to someone that is not willing to walk up and down many flights of stairs.

Hotel was clean and friendly host. Room was clean and at a nice cool temperature. Ball arena was within a nice walking distance. I'm a repeat customer to this hotel. Awesome job. Thank you 👍

It is an amazing hotel. Gorgeous and great location. Felt very safe and taken care of. Slept wonderfully Denver was a delightful surprise
