Nice home, good location, lots of rules, so so on clean
We liked the beach, quiet area. Nice kitchen, good sized living room and dining table.
One of the bedrooms the bed is up pretty high, had to get a step stool to climb into it. This could be difficult and dangerous for some. I was afraid of forgetting how high up it was when getting out of bed.
Rules: We are thoughtful and considerate of places we stay. We however found the rules posted everywhere and excessive. For all the fees we paid, we still had to do sheets and towels the next day. It seems that housekeeping/cleaning should bring clean ones in when you leave and take the old out.
We have a smaller dog that doesn't shed, but we found the threat of one dog hair found bringing a large fee as being too much.
With the pandemic we went in w/our sanitizing wipes and cleaned handles, switches, etc... I found myself cleaning areas of the dining room table, a wood holder for remotes that looked to have pizza sauce on it and other areas. We got the impression they rely more on previous vacationers to clean than their own people.

Nightmare at Bella Beach
The home was great! However, the manager, Lisa Ward, was the worst we’ve ever encountered. She was rude, insulting, very unfriendly, very unprofessional, and not a person We’d ever do business with again. Although the homes are beautiful, she (Lisa), ruined it for our family. We will never return !!

Awful experience
Terrible never rent for Bella beach vacation rentals go Though Meredith lodging. Lisa the manager is an awful human. She is rude inconsiderate and her house is not up to par. The washer was broke as well as the ice maker and she has no remorse or interest in fixing anything. Let me save you the hassle and don’t ever rent from Lisa ward. She monitored our every move and sent an email when my sister who was renting another house stopped by our house. She has cameras and watched every move we made

Beyond Disappointed Ebb Tide House
We have rented from Bella Beach Rentals before and had an amazing experience. When we arrived there was issue with the toilet in third floor master bathroom, it flushes fine but literally took a half hour to refill the tank. The kitchen lights above the island bar were burnt out, there was hair in the basement master shower, not a single light bulb in any room matched the television in the main living area was on a broken stand. When we contacted Lisa she sent back a snarky response asking if we plunged the toilet? I responded that it wasn't a clogged toilet issue that would cause it not to properly refill the take, and I included the picture of the hair in shower.
While we were out the next day they came in to the house without our knowledge and recleaned the shower and god only knows what else they did. The only reason we know this happened was because of the strong odder of BLEACH we were all greeted with upon our return and opening the front door. They had the nerve to come over while we were gone but couldn't be bothered to ring or knock while we were there to hand us light bulbs for the kitchen island.
I wish this was all that was wrong with our stay this time but it wasn't. I feel bad for the owners of this house and if I were them I would pull my house from Bella Beach Rentals services. They are clearly not up to the task of taking care of the property much less the clients that wish to rent them for their vacations. The house was not clean by any means, the amount of dust around the unit was crazy, the broken furniture from beds that guest are sleeping in, to run down televisions, non working light fixtures or mismatched lightbulbs, to sea rotted wood patio furniture that literally broke every time someone even a two year old child sat on. The exhaust fan in the laundry room and bathrooms sounded like cans with rocks in them.
All the communication with Lisa was less then pleasant and after all this she sent me an email five hours after we checked out accusing us of taking one of the duvets!
We will be looking for a new company to be renting from next summer this was our last Bella Beach Rental.

Barefoot Bungalow in Bella Beach
The house was great for us, but there was a lot of conflicting information. The book said one thing, the note on fridge said another, and then the website said something else. We also rented the carriage house, which had no hairdryer? There were a few bars of small soap for the bathrooms, would have been nice to know that. Said the kitchen was fully and well-stocked. Which it was not. Would have been nice to know that as well. The playground was closed, which we counted on using since we had stayed at Bella beach before, no one notified us of that. We had people staying at a hotel that came over to visit and they had a dog. The dog was not in the house and just there for the day. We immediately got a call from Lisa to say we did not register a dog. She said they couldn't keep track of the animals coming and going, but she immediatly called us. She was just very rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. The rudeness of the property manager and the conflicting rules (and a lot of them) has made the decision not to rent at Bella Beach again. People need to check trip advisor, and not read the rave reviews on their website guestbook. Two tollally different views!
