Clean place. Great staff. Easy parking. Some sort of private space although it's a shared room. Convenient access (straight line from freeway).

DONT BOOK HERE

This place was honestly horrible. The place is full of cats and chickens. As soon as you walk in you’ll see that one of the restrooms shower is being renovated and has toilet paper on the shower racks. The locks are very tacky. I booked a room with private ac and two twin beds. When I arrived I got neither of those. The private ac was just a mini fan plugged into the room. Room was dark and has no light. The whole place also had this pungent smell to it that could not be escaped and the stove in the kitchen does not work. I do not recommend booking here.(the photos do this place justice btw)

Run as far away as possible

Never should this website be shared or allowed on Obitz, Expedia, or Travelocity. Shame on them for even suggesting this place. No working shower no working shared kitchen. My allergies from the cats made it hard to breathe. Checked out the same hour I checked in. They do not reply back to messages or offer refund at all. For the false advertisement.

The owners are SO rude. They change prices for everyone and argue with all guests in front of other guests. And even when you call them out for being unfair they just tell you too bad. Pay the higher price or leave. We watched them do it to a few people as well as us. The husband has no idea what is going on ever. He doesn’t have the code for anything and has to ask his wife for everything while you stand outside in the hot sun. It’s a dirt lot. They yell at you for leaving your AC or fan on even if you just have to run out to your car real quick. It’s 110° and they don’t have the house AC on most of the time so the common areas, bunk area and rooms with no AC unit are miserable. The food in the vending machines is old and expired. They throw your food away out of the fridge whenever they want, not just on the days they say. It’s horrible. It’s worth it to pay more for a motel 6 in the area just to not have to deal with the owners. It’s so so bad. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The place is a bit hidden/remote yet it's close enough to get to nearby cities. The staff has a great vibe. John and Sarah are wonderful hosts.
Place is not for everyone. One must understand the rural vibe and the quietness. It's a nice hommie place. Although it's shared rooms, one has certain privacy in the bunk beds with the curtains. Plus, if it's a place to just crash, one gets there just to sleep and doesn't even see a person. Lol. I didn't. Clean bathroom, very important. All in all, a "yes" for the option of "would come back".
