I choose this hotel every time I come to Destin for work or play!

The staff were so friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. Check in and out was quick and easy. So convenient to everything! The hallways and dining was clean and very well maintained. My first room was very clean and the beds and linen was comfortable and so soft. My 2nd room did not disappoint either! Floors were clean, beds and linen was clean, soft and smelt great! I have been here on business for 2 weeks now, going home on the weekends. I can choose any hotel to stay in but I choose this one every time! The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented.

Unexpected and unpleasant surprise!

How awful is to arrive at the hotel room I booked and find or rather have my son find the remains of a marihuana container under the bed when he put his shoes on the floor. I immediately went to the front desk and reported it so they wouldn't try to blame me or charge me for something I didn't do. The receptionist (Denise) told me she was going to call the cleaning staff to check my room again and the hotel rooms inspection supervisor to verify, because supposedly they had cleaned the room minutes before I arrived. Apparently, the inspector needs to do her job better because under the bed it was dirty and we found trash; and it smelled musty. God, what a nightmare just a few minutes after arriving. Another thing I didn't like was that the cleaning supervisor took the marihuana container and said and I quote"I'll call you." I was like, "Why?...I'm not the one who you need to call and she left really fast and I never saw her again. Another thing they told me was that what I found wasn't marihuana, but a pill container. Yeah, right; like I was born yesterday and couldn't read what (THCP) means. What I want to make clear to whoever reads this review is that you should thoroughly check everything where you're staying before getting comfortable,so you don't experience the same unpleasant surprises and disappointments my family and I went through. Honestly, I didn't like the hotel, the cleanliness, or some of the staff. We were supposed to stay two nights to enjoy our first time visiting Destin, but we ended up canceling the second night because of inconvenience and how badly we slept. The room was damp, and the sheets smelled awful. However, Denise, thank you for your help in canceling our reservation, but this was the first and last time I'll ever visit/stay at this hotel.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

The hotel was nice and an easy drive to Henderson State Park Beach. We had a small issue with our door lock batteries dying, but Jaemii was beyond helpful during the inconvenience. She was polite, friendly, and very professional. We will be back for another trip!

Excellent Stay with Amazing Staff!

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent choice! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The entire staff was friendly and professional, but we want to give a special thank you to Jaemii and Tamika. They are amazing, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and positive attitude made our stay even more memorable.
The hotel’s location is 10/10—perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. The property was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

The bad experience is that we got to the property on Friday and left Monday, they never clean the room, changed towels or sheets, we have to use same towels expecting that they will switch us to clean towels, never did, Sunday night we have to go to front desk to ask for clean towels
