Warmest welcome from front desk lady

Very very nice hotel. And they have the Sweetest, kindest young lady at the front desk with the most welcoming smile Mrs. Johnson. I asked the poor lady so many questions and she remained calm and was very helpful. You guys definitely have the right person at that front desk! Housekeeping ladies were also the sweetest! I’ll definitely refer family & friends!

We left my husbands wallet accidentally, hotel called to inform us, however $200 was missing, front desk clerk refused to call the manager! Great!!

The person who checked us in was very helpful and polite. She went out of her way to help us overall this was a good experience for us.

The hotel was in a convenient location. However, the room itself left something to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the couch cushions, which made the space feel less clean than expected.
The pull-out bed was also quite uncomfortable, though to be fair, that’s pretty typical for most hotels. Breakfast was just okay overall; the selection was sufficient, but the eggs had an odd green tint, which wasn’t very appetizing.
Overall, the location is a strong plus, but the cleanliness and comfort could definitely use some improvement.

The staff was good very helpful. My room was exactly like I wanted it to be nice and clean loved the set up. I liked where the hotel was located at right down the street from Walmart, dollar tree, and multiple restaurants you can choose from. A nice pool and the breakfast was well put together and good. I also loved that check out time was at 12:00. Over all the hotel was a great place to stay and I will be returning in the future.
