Birthday trip
We enjoyed our stay at the Windsor. Allen was absolutely fantastic. Always had a cheerful attitude and willingness to help. Skylar was also wonderful. She helped to recommend places for my daughter to go for her 21st birthday. Everyone we encountered was a joy. The location was in walking distance for food, bars, etc. The only con for us was that the windows were very thin and you could hear everything outside from our room.

Mixed reviews!
Mixed reviews! The staff was 10/10 excellent..Ezra helped us get settled and Allen and the valet boys were 10/10! Very helpful with every step.
The hotel itself needs some updates its a little run down. Its affordable but id rather pay more for better quality.
Big issue is not enough bell carts there's a handful for an entire hotel. So you wait to find one or have to lug everything in the tiny elevator and stand with it all in garage valet. I think a few more would go a long way!
The bedding is poor quality and the place just needs updates!

We would go back in a pinch for the staff and location alone!

Hotel close to everything.
Hotel very well located with beautiful spacious rooms. Large closet and safe. Free Wi-Fi. We also had a kitchen, very convenient for having a little evening snack. Heated rooftop pool, small gym. The staff is very friendly, very attentive, and organizes Uber taxis on request. Absolutely go there.

great location, clean property. amenities are great with the pool and complimentary snacks and beverages in the lounge. pup friendly!
