The hotel was inviting and well maintained. Our room was clean and nice looking. The bathroom was clean and fresh and had all the items we needed. The breakfast was about average for a hotel breakfast, but with a good choice of items to eat. The coffee was good. The staff was helpful and very polite. Parking was excellent.

Unsafe dirty hotel

I could not stay at this filthy and unsafe hotel. There were bugs in the room, garbage and dirt on the floor, hair in the shower, filthy shower curtain, used and dirty dental floss on the floor and tears in the sheets. The TV had a large streak down it so that it could not be watched. The security door on the building did not close or lock. There were drug addicts in the parking lot who were banging on my car windows.I had to leave over concerns for my safety. Since there was no hotel staff in the lobby, I had to tell the video machine of these issues.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Check-in was fine. We wanted a bottle of water and 2 of 3 vending machines were out of service. The 3rd didnt have any water. Breakfast was good but yogurt never got refilled even though we were told it would only be 5 minutes. Employees were scarce and hard to find except for the wonderful housekeeper who helped us look for a lost phone.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the seating area for the breakfast is limited. We had to take the food items back to the room to eat because there was no where to sit.

It was a good stay. I was surprised honestly. I came for the Cincinnati fest for the first time and if I came back, I wouldn’t be against staying here again.
