The rooms were recently updated and we were pleasantly surprised bc the lobby, bar, restaurant is decidedly old school

There was garbage piled up in the front of the entrance- we were old we couldn’t have a bottle of water because we were not a member- the location if visiting NYC is horrific to return back to

No cleaning after 4 pm one of the biggest issues and the front desk lost our package and they had no issues with that

Great 2 night stay, the hotel room was very clean and comfortable, free parking was superb!

Only thing we didn’t like was the shower. Water pressure was so high it actually hurt. Other than that everything was great.
