Checked in kind of late and was greeted with kindness and excellent service. The hotel amd room was very clean. Breakfast was good too!!

Madeline at the front desk was a sweetheart. The others, not helpful or friendly. The hotel is right next door to an old hotel housing brother work-release men or migrant workers. We never once felt safe coming or going, particularly after dark. I would not recommend this location, not to Marriott standards.

Decent stay

The room was big, comfortable, and fairly clean. I wasn't a fan of the layout—the bed faces the shower directly, and while the sink is located outside the bathroom, the counter space is very tiny. On the plus side, the hotel is kept clean and they offer free coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it's a decent stay overall.

No hospitality here!

Worst experience at a Marriott. I called for 2 days because our TV didn’t work. Nobody came. There was a baby roach in my bed. Called in the morning to ask for toothpaste that I forgot to pack and was basically told to come get it myself. Went down for breakfast at 6:50am (was told breakfast was at 6am) and was scolded by staff for trying to get water because breakfast didn’t start until 7am.

Exceptional Service During a Stressful Time

We had such a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which was exactly what we needed while staying overnight for my mom’s surgery. During a stressful and emotional time, it made such a difference to have a place that felt welcoming, quiet, and easy to settle into.
The entire staff was courteous and kind, but Madeline truly stood out. She made our stay. From the moment we arrived, she was wonderful, accommodating at every turn, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Her warmth, patience, and exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed.
When you are traveling for medical reasons, the little things matter so much more, and Madeline helped make a difficult day feel a little easier. We are very grateful for the care and kindness we received and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service.
