Great experience

Had a wonderful stay over Halloween weekend. Highly recommend it! Explored Salem during the day and enjoyed a meal in Gloucester at night. The room was clean and cozy. Appreciated the continental breakfast and the very friendly staff! We arrived late at night and a key was left in a mailbox for us.

Everything in Life seems to change for the worst

Had the worst stay ever, traveling to Glouster mass.
Stayed in Front Building. Main house suite.
Bathroom sink faucet didn't work, and it was just worked on staff said, drain didn't work either, water was dark brown that was coming out, we had to use bottled water at the sink.
Went to make coffee, opened draw to find mouse droppings and urine in the coffee filters.
Previous people that stayed left dirty sock on chair
Outside deck was filthy, coffee cups under table, bird droppings all over the place
Rug was disgusting, my white socks were black on the bottom
Kitchen floor filthy
Bathroom floor filthy
The room had not be cleaned in a long time, that's all the did was make the bed.
which the pillows and sheets smelled like mold.
Staff was clueless on what to do when all this was brought to there Attention.
So Called Manager was useless.
Have stayed here for years at different times, I sure do Miss Mona at the front desk, she was the best

Save your money!!!!!

We've been staying here for years. Not sure what's happened, but so disappointed and a ruined trip. We always pick Rm 122, the big front room.
Deck was dirty, bird poop all over chairs, 2 dirty paper cups under the table. We cleaned it ourselves.
We found coffee filters in the kitchen drawer with mouse poop and urine on them. I'm totally grossed out. Found a dirty sock (most likely prior guest) under a chair cushion.
The bathroom sink was not draining, and no water pressure coming out of cold water, not to mention the loud noise it was making while on. Brown water coming out hot water.
The response from the manager was totally unprofessional. She told us she would get a plumber and if we were unhappy there, we could leave. It was our first day there. Little miss Bonnie has no business being in that type of work. We will not be back.

Horrible place

Never clean the rooms. You have to go to the office to ask for fresh towels. Obnoxious owner. Don’t clean your tracking’s and Moldy roo
Smell. Small room. Toilet meant for a toddler. NOPE

Clean, easy to find

We stayed for one evening. Very clean room. A little on the small side but quiet. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We stopped on our way to another location to go on a whale watching tour, and the Sea Lion was close to that location. Parking was easy. Would stay here again.
