Best birthday experience for my daughter ever

What an amazing experience. The only thing that was sub par was the room. The staff at the table and kitchen place was so great. Shout outs go to Derrick, Lee and George there. They made my breakfast experience the absolute best.

Most importantly after checking out the hotel charged my card for the entire stay after booking with third party (hotels.com). I’d suggest to other customers before leaving make sure it was paid or you will be like me. Incidental deposit I understand but to be charged twice (family of 8) that was a pain in the you know what to deal with.
Now to discuss the room. AC only worked downstairs and required a box fan from the hotel to help a little upstairs, but it was hot. (8th floor loft)
The two tvs downstairs did not work and maintenance had no answer, the only tv working was the one upstairs where it was too hot to even sleep in.
There were Taco Bell packets and dirt under the tv upstairs; I point that out bc we never had Taco Bell so sweeping was not done prior to our check in.
On this app it states they close at 9pm (pool) outdoor closed at 6 and indoor closed at 8.
If you rent a cabana, although they leave the waterpark towels there for you inside the cabana you will have to return them to services or you will be charged $120 for not returning. Not one employee communicated with me about anything after getting the cabana regarding rules/policies. No one. It was refunded.
Was the stay worth the stay? No. Was it minimal standard? Yes. I will not be returning to this hotel and just want to help future customers when it comes to their stay.

Water park was disappointing, the park was understaffed and some rides were closed or the lines were too long. The indoor park, the chlorine odor was too much…I needed to go outside and take a breath.

Clean rooms staff were very kind and sweet the only problem is the parking lot for handicap were limited and i sure needed one

The rooms were clean and water park was very fun for the whole family, All the restaurants had great food, was nice not having to leave the place to go eat.
